As a family owned and operated company, we are passionate about our work and our business. Our Managing Director, Marcin Bal oversees every project to ensure our high standards are consistently achieved across every job. He holds all applicable industry licences, ensuring that every idea can be executed to the highest standard.
Marcin has a wealth of knowledge and expertise within small businesses having owned and operated multiple businesses prior to the inception of Bluestone Electrical Solutions. Having grown up with feet firmly planted in the construction industry it was inevitable that Marcin's path would lead him back to his roots. His achievements include participation in the SA Young Entrepreneurs scheme and the attainment of Apprentice Of The Year through his chosen training organisation ATEC.
Our company isn't just about the bottom line however, we have a strong belief in giving back to the community. Marcin has been a volunteer for the SA Country Fire Service for almost 10 years and has volunteered his labour for free on numerous occasions to perform work around various stations within the state. We support the learning of the younger members of our community and as such have at least one apprentice within our team at any given time and regularly provide work experience opportunities for local students.
Bluestone Electrical Solutions is the preferred contractor for multiple award winning Adelaide builders and has built a strong referral base through these builders and the local community. As members of the National Electrical and Communications Association (NECA) we ensure that we keep abreast of industry and workplace changes at all times.
